We wanted to set up a 'ready made' tent to allow people to experience camping at its best, without having to buy and bring all of the gear - then set it all up!

This tent comes with almost everything you could possible need for an off grid camping trip.  The only thing you need to bring is bedding and your food & drinks.

Our family tent sleeps 4-6 people, over two double rooms each with double air beds and one double sofa bed in the main living space.

We'd recommend just 4 people, then you've got the whole of the living space free for doing just that.

The beauty of this tent is that it has a large living space, so if the glorious British weather turns to rain, you still have plenty of space to shelter, eat and relax.

We have literally thrown in everything including the kitchen sink - with drawers of cooking equipment & utensils, crockery & cutlery, sharp knives and chopping boards, salt & pepper, wine glasses, cups, tea towels, napkins, matches, washing up liquid and a kitchen shack complete with running water, sink and gas BBQ.

The kitchen shack is great - what better way to cook your family their bacon butties in the morning than being outside (under cover) watching the mist rise from the pool.  Bliss!

We also keep the kitchen shack stocked up with tea, coffee and sugar - and of course it comes complete with camping stove, kettle and mugs.

What more could you need?

Oh yes....we nearly forgot... A campfire! No camping experience is complete without a campfire, whether it is simply to keep warm as darkness falls, to toast marshmallows or tell ghost stories round!  A camp fire is absolutely essential in our view.

We include proper kiln-dried logs from local HETAS accredited business Logalog to ensure a low smoke, perfect campfire experience for each night of your stay.

On top of all of that, we include the most amazing breakfast bundle of local produce from local suppliers.

**this is usually bacon, eggs, milk & bread

(additional bundles can be purchased for larger groups or longer stays at a supplement of £10).

A designated fishing spot comes with this tent on the smaller Maylea Pool for one angler only. Additional anglers are charged a discounted rate of £10 per day and may fish as much as they wish that day.  (24hr fishing is usually £25)

All of this for £99 per night, minimum stay of two nights.

We do allow well behaved dogs on leads on site, but not in the pre-erected tents - however, we are happy for you to put up a small pup tent next door if you wish!

There is a £5 supplement per night for dogs, so please advise on booking if you wish to bring your furry friend!

There is a compost toilet nearby and a shower/toilet shack is also just a short walk away.
