Tree tent & tipi

The Tree Tent and Teepee was set up in 2020 and is nestled between the paddock and small pool. A small stream runs alongside the site with a small bridge giving you quick access to the small pool.

How many does it sleep?

​

The tree retreat sleeps 9 people; 3 in the tree tent and 6 in the teepee tent which has three double air beds in it.  However, we'd recommend 4-6 people to give more space for your things (three beds take up most of the tipi tent).
Cost of the tent is for 3 Adults and 4 Children. Extra adults are charged at £10 per night.

What equipment does it have? 

​

Drawers of cooking equipment & utensils, crockery & cutlery, sharp knives and chopping boards, salt & pepper, wine glasses, cups, tea towels, napkins, matches, and a little undercover kitchen shack complete with gas BBQ & camping stove, cooking oil, tea/coffee & sugar.

What more could you need?

Oh yes - your campfire!  The tent comes with an outside log burner on the decking area , your own campfire pit with logs stumps for seats and a sack of kiln-dried logs (from local HETAS accredited business Logalog) to ensure a low smoke, perfect campfire experience for each night of your stay.  More bags can be purchased on site.

Breakfast bundle

On top of all of that, we include the most amazing breakfast bundle of local produce from local suppliers (this is usually bacon, eggs, milk & bread and feeds approximately 4 people).  Additional bundles can be purchased for larger groups or longer stays at a supplement of £15.00.

Are there any facilities nearby?

There is no electricity and no water on this pitch - it is back to basics!  However, the shower shack (which also has an outside sink for washing dishes) is a short walk away.

​Booking and Payment
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the dates, then the balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
